RETURN POLICY & WARRANTIES Ositech online sales wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with Ositech purchase product, please call 519 836 8063 ext.401 or email to our tech support at support@ositech.com for obtaining Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the Ositech within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and CDs that shipped with the product. You will receive full refund minus shipping charges. 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened goods. Return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. If you find damage after opening products, you have 48 hours to report it to delivering courier or Ositech Tech Support. We cannot honor any claim for damage after this period.
